Rules

In order to mainstain organization and fairness among the submissions on this site, there are some rules that must be followed...

• Any photos with racial hate, nudity, religious controversy etc are not allowed - We'd like to keep this site lighthearted and fun for all types of individuals to enjoy browsing the galleries. Any photos added under these categories wilol be taken down immedietely.
• Limit the amount of photo uploads to 3 per month - Allow for many people to submit their photos without having to compete with someone having a hundred uploaded photos compared to one. We want everyone to have a fair shot at winning, so please limit your submissions.
• Do not over vote - Keep your votes for the winners to be 1 per category per month. You will have the choice to pick 1 photo from each category as your vote for the winner, but please only place your votes 1 time per month. Voting too many times per month will lead to an unbalanced scoring system.

Categories

Here are the available categories to submit your photos in. We apoligize if the options seem limited, but in order to maintain a fair scoring system, there needs to be organization among the photo's content...

• People and Animals - Animal photos capture the beauty, spirit, and diversity of wildlife, from majestic lions on the savanna to tiny hummingbirds in mid-flight. Each image freezes a fleeting moment, revealing expressions, behaviors, and interactions often missed by the naked eye. Whether taken in the wild, at a sanctuary, or even in a backyard, animal photography connects us with nature and inspires awe and empathy. Photos where the main subjects are either people or animals will be in this category. Also, just because your photo may have a person or animal in the background, it does not mean that that is what the photo is focusing on.
• Architectural and Structures - Architectural and structure photos showcase the artistry, innovation, and engineering behind the world’s buildings and landmarks. Each image captures the intricate designs, bold lines, textures, and forms that define spaces, from towering skyscrapers to ancient temples. Whether focusing on sweeping cityscapes or intimate architectural elements, architectural photography invites viewers to appreciate the spaces we create and the powerful impact they have on our lives. Photos where the main subjects are buildings, structures, statues, etc will be in this category. City scenes can also be included under this category, but the city and buildings must take up the majority of the photo.
• Landscapes and Nature - Landscapes and nature photos capture the breathtaking beauty and raw power of the natural world. Through careful use of light, composition, and perspective, photographers reveal the textures, colors, and moods of different environments. These photos inspire a sense of peace and adventure, reminding us of the planet’s incredible diversity and strength. Whether presenting a vast overlook or a more intimate wilderness scene, landscapes and nature photography nurtures a deeper appreciation for the environment and encourages a spirit of conservation and exploration. Photos with landscapes or nature-related content (besides animals) will be in this category. These typically involve plants, flowers, beaches, valleys, etc.
